Your role: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for HPE GreenLake with a proven track record of success and a thorough understanding of the channel partner landscape in Australia. This is a national role, dedicated to establishing and building core strategies around Ingram Micro’s GTM around HPE GreenLake and the as-a-service offerings now included under the GreenLake portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage existing base partners nationally - driving incremental revenue, developing solution competency, and enabling program compliance.
  • Enablement and certification of our partners via one-to-one and one-to-many as-a-service workshops.
  • Focus on building out additional HPE services such as, Lifecycle Services, Consulting Services, Asset Management and IT finance solutions, Risk Mitigations and Data Migration Readiness are just some areas of focus.
  • Alignment and deployment of tools to benefit the Ingram Micro partner experience.
  • Build and execute Territory plans for both focus partners and select emerging partners in the region.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, both internally and externally.
  • Drive the HPE GreenLake business development of channel partners across sales, technical and marketing.
  • Proactively communicate with region staff on Channel pipeline and forecasts.
  • Monitor, assess and report on a continual basis, the security vendor competitive situation within the channel partners in the region.
  • Daily objectives should include the following: Innovation, Customer Obsession, Sense of Urgency, Collaboration, and Community.

What you bring to the role:

  • 9+ years of Sales and Channel Sales experience working with local, regional, and national partners in cloud and as a service provider.
  • Outstanding Presentation, Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem - roles of VARs, National Solution Providers, System Integrators, and Distributors.
  • Have proven, existing, and positive relationships through the region within this ecosystem of partners is a requirement.
  • Proven record of consistent over-achievement in quota-bearing roles.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with Cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
