Shifts Available: Afternoon: 3PM to 11AM Monday to Friday AND Backshift 11PM to 7AM Sunday to Thursday

About the Opportunity

Protocase is currently seeking full time Production Team Members in Sydney (Cape Breton), Nova Scotia. To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work in our manufacturing shop with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding production worker should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Our production stations include but aren't limited to:

  • CNC Machining
  • Bending/Brake Press
  • Sanding
  • Fasteners and Hardware
  • Chem-film Conversion
  • Welding
  • Paint Prep & Powder Coat Painting
  • Digital Printing
  • Silk-screening
  • Assembly & Packaging

Responsi bilities for all Stations

  • Following manufacturing procedures
  • Reporting any issues to the lead on duty
  • Following health and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
  • Adherence to Ethical Guidelines

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is beneficial
  • Experience operating manufacturing machinery considered an asset
  • Able to work as part of a team and communicate well with others
  • Physical dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with hand tools
  • Available for shift work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Enjoys repetitive tasks

About the Benefits

In exchange for your hard work and attention to following procedures diligently, you will have the potential to earn a complete annual compensation package that ranges between $32,000.00 to

$46,000.00 dependent upon experience.

  • You will also enjoy the following benefits:_
