Sr. HR Generalist / Investigator (Bilingual, Hybrid)We are looking for an Sr HR Generalist / Investigator with employee relations experience to join our National team and contribute to creating a safe and inclusive work environment aligned with our values. What you’ll do here: Key member of the HR team leading and conducting employee related investigations across departments and teams nationally.Use a structured methodology to conduct investigations in collaboration with HR team members as requiredDevelop and document process, guidelines and record keeping in line with compliance standards.Design and deliver training to people leaders on preventing and addressing respect in the workplace issues plus conflict managementCreate data and analytics for complaints and litigation cases ensuring investigation consistency, conclusions and next stepsSupport the Human Resources department by contributing to various projects and process improvement. What you bring to the table: University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management preferredMinimum of three years of related experienceBilingualism spoken and written (French & English) is required as this is a National roleAbility to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple locations in a matrix organizationApproach challenges with a can-do attitudeConsider yourself agile, challenges the status quo and thrives in a constantly changing environmentStrong communication skills and ability to understand operational structure and processAbility to observe and understand situations with a high degree of complexity and involving different business process.Strong rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.Knowledge in many areas of human resources;CHRP and/or CHRL designation an asset;Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite;Knowledge of RBQ and CCQ rules would be an asset;Occasional travel What’s in it for you?
