HAMILTON, ONTARIO, CLIENT REQUIRES A HEALTHCARE TESTING/SUPPORT ANALYST FOR A 24 MONTH CONTRACT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum five (5) years health care experience with health care applications; At least two (2) years practical working experience as a Software Support/Delivery Specialist with emphasis towards information system implementations including developing business requirements; detailed technical specifications, testing, and associated performance indicators; Experience with Health Service Provider integrations between two (2) or more solutions; Experience in conducting gap analysis with healthcare systems, automated testing strategies and tools, and an understanding of standard lab and clinical technology system nomenclature; University degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Technology; Must be able to develop test strategies and plans, tracking spreadsheets, issue logs and executive level summary reports; Must be able to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies; Ability to use and manage typical vendor and help desk reporting and remediation tools with general application support experience; Demonstrated ability to manage both the execution and politics of complex user acceptance testing and application deployment activities; Successful experience balancing a continually changing workload to ensure professional quality deliverables are produced and project deadlines are met; Superior attention to detail and accuracy in developing documents; Superior customer service skills including the ability to proactively triage, resolve and/or minimize reported issues; Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
