Job Title: Painter
Location: Halton Region (primarily Milton)

Job Summary: Join our dynamic team at Calipr Services & Rentals as a Team member. You will be responsible for delivering a range of high-quality home painting services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will involve working collaboratively with team members under the guidance of the Project Coordinator to complete painting related projects efficiently and to the highest standards. Must have prior painting experience and have knowledge of paint processes and materials.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, clean and sand surfaces to be painted
Repair cracks and holes
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with the Project Coordinator to report progress and any issues.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Uphold company values of inclusivity, integrity, and excellence in all tasks.
Qualifications: Punctual, detail-oriented, and hardworking.
Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus but not mandatory.
Painting experience
Spray painting experience and machine operated spray paint experience is a plus but not mandatory
