Do you love food just as much as we do? We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Line Cook to help shape memorable dining experiences for our guests. As the Line Cook, you will play a key role in food preparation, crafting delicious meals, and maintaining a safe and clean kitchen.
- Adhering to all food handling and health & safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitize kitchen and back of house including washing tableware, kitchen tools, etc.
- Plating food
- Food preparation (i.e. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, etc.)
- Using gas burners, fryers, and grill to prepare meals
- Disposing of waste & recycling
- Opening and closing duties as required
