Your mission is to lead and contribute to transformational projects and ensure continuous service improvement, security, and operational reliability across our information system. Your role and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Lead installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the server and storage infrastructure, ensuring robustness and efficiency. Administer a diverse range of application environments and database systems that drive our business. Innovate by managing Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Azure, Office 365) and implementing automation and self-service solutions. Maintain cutting-edge performance and monitoring systems, contributing to the continuous advancement of our IT practices. Uphold exemplary systems documentation and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture within the team. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support and perform occasional maintenance outside regular business hours. Qualifications8+ years of experience in system and network administration Advanced knowledge of virtualized infrastructures. Expertise in both Windows and Linux systems. Familiarity with DevOps and SRE principles, as well as automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and kubernetes is highly desirable. Proficiency in IP networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, SDN, DHCP, DNS). A proven track record in implementing and managing infrastructure observability and monitoring tools. Experience with different storage and backups technologies. Bilingual communication skills in English and French.
