Responsibilities : Stores :Monitor inventory and stock rotation, as well as receive and document incoming materials. Shipping customer orders while maintaining our aviation quality standards and documentation processes.

Production :Reviewing and processing customer orders, scheduling production for the shop floor, and allocating material. Managing order progress for on-time delivery.

Purchasing : Source vendors to obtain competitive pricing for goods and services. Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies. Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information. Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or experience in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS and ERP systems. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have :

  • A genuine interest in manufacturing/aviation.
  • Related experience in the aerospace (a huge asset)
  • First Aid training
