Community Facilitator Requirements : Education: Community College Diploma in Social Services, Health Care, or related discipline.

Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated experience in behaviour management skills & knowledge of community resources.

  • Experience with people with disabilities resulting from an ABI, mental health, or addictions.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills both written an oral, ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
  • Must have valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle with proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance and drivers abstract acceptable to Traverse Independence
