Job Title: Bartender
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to patrons, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties :
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Skills :
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Cash handling experience is a plus
