Join our team as a Labourer and play a vital role in the success of our construction projects. In this position, you'll assist with various tasks related to ICF foundations, framing, and exterior finishing, helping to ensure our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and other team members with ICF foundations, framing, and exterior finishing tasks.
- Perform general labor duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Support the team in meeting project deadlines and objectives.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as required.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Punctuality, reliability, and respect for colleagues and supervisors.
Salary : $17.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
