The incumbent supports the team in facilitating aspects of the Tender, Bidding process, demoing, proposal drafting, and tender/bid drafting and supports the team in creating exceptional proposals and bids.Bid SupportDevelop proposal outline, schedule/facilitate kickoff calls and touchpoints Ensure RFP compliance, facilitate reviews, perform final polish and quality control on all documents, manage the post-bid clarifications, build proposal presentation PowerPoints, and overall coordinate of the proposal from the bid/no bid review to the contract execution.Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for bid development.Writing and editing bid content to effectively communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages.Coordinating bid responses, including organizing documentation, liaising with estimators and project managers, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements.Managing bid timelines and deadlines to deliver high-quality submissions on time.Maintaining bid-related documentation and tracking systems for future reference and analysis.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our bid development process and outcomes.Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant information and insights for bid development.Writing and editing bid content to effectively communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages.Maintaining bid-related documentation and tracking systems for future reference and analysis.Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our bid development process and outcomes.Support the team in the preparation of the bids and tenders including measurements, company credentials, locates, marketing materials, etc.Prepare and maintain client documentation, administer, and maintain client files and presentations, etc.Attend sales, operations and management meetings as requested.Keep up to date on relevant industry information, directives and guides.Obtain market research for existing or new business development opportunities.Other ResponsibilitiesCoordinates and work with other departments to ensure proper execution of process across different departments.Works on special projects and other tasks as assigned.Requirements: Previous experience in bid writing, proposal development, or a related field, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and bid management software/tools.A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Thorough, with a strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.This is an in Office roleWork Perks:Salary Range $43,000-$50,000Attractive benefits package (100%) VisionExtended Health CareLTDDentalLife InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee appreciation eventsCompany paid uniforms & safety boot allowanceRegistered Retirement Savings Program Deferred Profit Sharing Program
