Reporting to the Property Manager, the Maintenance Officer assists in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Founders Square located in downtown Halifax.
The general presentation of the property in a first-class manner will be at the forefront of the role. Duties will include light maintenance and cleaning, property protection, tenant services, and responding to and testing of building systems (example: fire alarms).
