You draw on your in-depth knowledge of the sector to manage a large unit. You are responsible for overseeing your unit's service offer, developing and implementing its business plan, and overseeing activities supporting our strategic directions. A strategic mindset is therefore essential. You draw on your ability to develop talent, drive results and build networks to effectively manage people and performance, produce reports and ensure member/client satisfaction. More specifically, you're responsible for all activities that manage, update and modernize the Business Services sector's financing solutions while representing the sector on partner projects that fall within this scope.You maximize investment potential, reduce complexity and speed up deliveries for all projects led by the administrative department. You also manage the application portfolio for financing solutions. You envision how medium- and long-term solutions will develop to support and comply with business architecture targets, while ensuring everything is consistent with the sector's growth and efficiency plan. Finally, you guide the transformation of processes within your administrative department. More specifically, you will be required to :Help your director define strategic directions for their sector, organize work and plan operational and special activities. Develop and deliver the administrative department's business plan based on strategic issues and target results. Ensure that your teams' action plans and projects are carried out, with a focus on performance management.Define and oversee the implementation of activities related to the team's services and ensure that projects under your responsibility are carried out in a way that maximizes business results and ensures member/client satisfaction.Support the unit's business plan by managing individual and team performance and developing the talent of a multidisciplinary team that includes product owners (POs), business solutions advisors and business analysts.Continuously improve process management.Promote Desjardins Group's cooperative values.Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.Promote certain projects within your unit's scope and help the managers in your unit in their role as promoters while creating value for our members and clients, aligning project scopes and goals, motivating teams, achieving expected benefits, managing interdependencies and risks, and balancing the need for quick wins with long-term added value.As the application business owner, ensure your team implements practices to manage business needs responsibly while also managing information security, risks, compliance, and the data for the applications under your authority. Lead the development of a target for Business Services card and financing approval solutions that aligns with our vision of the business architecture, banking system modernization and digital transformation.Develop a plan for implementing the business target and monitor its progress in conjunction with other Desjardins Group modernization programs, with a focus on responsibly managing performance and interdependencies.Work with card solutions partners to ensure that the Business Services sector is represented in projects under their responsibility and help execute projects that impact the sector.Maintain close relationships with external service providers and be able to influence their roadmap to meet the needs of Desjardins and its members and clients.Prepare files for presentation to the various decision-making bodies at Desjardins.What we offer*Salary outlook: 94,678- 138,861dollars per year (region-specific scale) (Si applicable)Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment* Advantages apply based on eligibility criteria.What you bring to the tableBachelor's degree in a related fieldA minimum of ten years of relevant experience in managing multidisciplinary, hierarchical teams, managing large-scale, highly complex projects that involve major investments and require strategic management of multiple stakeholdersPlease note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be consideredExperience in strategic consulting roles Knowledge of the business financing and banking sectorsKnowledge of how to apply Agile project management principlesKnowledge of French is required Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.Business insight, Develops talent, Drive results, Networks, Strategic mindset#LI-HybridTrade UnionNon SyndiquéAt Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
