Reporting to the Human Resources Director, this role is responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering an employee-oriented culture across multiple facilities in Canada. Location: Brantford Ontario Work Model: Onsite Advantages -Dental Insurance -Disability Insurance -Supplementary Health Insurance -Life Insurance -Paid Time Off -Company Events -Employee Assistance Program -Group RRSP -On-site Parking -Casual Dress Code Responsibilities -Process bi-weekly payroll and manage benefits and retirement savings programs. -Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities. -Handle day-to-day employee relations and HR administration. -Maintain employee files, job descriptions, policies, and procedures. -Assist in implementing performance improvement plans and evaluations. -Collaborate on organizational tools and programs for employee engagement. -Ensure company compliance with HR, health & safety, and payroll legislation. -Manage employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and action plans. -Oversee safety, security, and inventory. Qualifications -5+ years of progressive HR experience. -CHRP designation or post-graduate degree preferred. -Strong planning and organizational skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French. -Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
