Automotive Junior Parts Clerk

Moncton Honda is currently seeking an Junior Parts Clerk to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment, embraces change and process improvements. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform retail sales over the phone and at the counter;
• Assist mechanics in identifying parts needed for repairs;
• Invoice parts on repair orders and ensure billing accuracy;
• Plan parts needs, according to repairs in the shop or for new and used vehicle preparations;
• Carry out the procurement and ordering of automotive parts;
• Maintain and control inventory accuracy;
• Process parts returns, warranties and trade-ins as required;
• Perform any other related duties.
