The Position : This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled team manufacturing our growing line up of high tech products and assemblies. Assignment to a variety of manufacturing tasks with a constantly changing product line provides an interesting and challenging work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Operate a CNC / Touch Screen controlled press to insert clinch fasteners into a variety of metal products.
- Separate, sort, deburr, and finish sheet metal parts processed from CNC Laser and Punching machines.
- Load component parts, unload and inspect finished weldments from Robotic Welding Cells.
- Load, unload, and inspect parts on the automated powder coating conveyor system.
- Operate equipment in accordance with standard operating and quality assurance procedures.
- Verify comprehensiveness of work order documents and complete initial and in process quality inspections.
- Record work order completions and in-process fallout through SAP MRP data collection terminals.
- Report and discuss concerns or requirements for assistance with leadership
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications :
- Ability to listen and follow direction carefully.
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience with basic machinery.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and team oriented.
