Reception & Administration Assistant - Full Time Temporary

We are looking for a Reception & Administration Assistant to work 40 hours a week for approximately 2 months in Guelph.

What's the job?

  • Greeting/directing guests
  • Answering and forwarding inbound calls
  • Receiving and distributing mail/product shipments
  • Ordering products, as required
  • Filling supply orders for homes
  • Assist with administrative tasks using Word and Excel

What do you bring to the job?

  • Post-secondary education in Administration (preferred)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word and Excel)
  • Able to lift approximately 40 lbs.
  • Positive, motivated, and able to take initiative and to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about learning new and various tasks
