Taylored Pickleball Academy (TPA) is looking to grow our qualified and experienced instructor team.
Position Overview: Geographical Regions:
- Georgian Triangle: Bruce, Grey & Simcoe Counties
- Mississauga, Etobicoke & Brampton
- Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener & Waterloo
Responsibilities :
- Teaching adults (private and group lessons)
- Organizing and supervising club leagues
- Implementing TPA training programs.
- Fostering teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Ensuring players' safety during sessions and matches.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification - NCCP Level 1 Pickleball Instructor or higher
- Strong understanding of fundamentals and strategies.
- Strong demonstration skills (verbal and physical) of fundamentals and strategies.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and patience.
- Reliable transportation to commute to various locations/times according to TPA schedules
Pay: Pay to be discussed, based on qualification and experience.
Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed - Evening and day hours
Job Types : Part-time, year round
Expected hours: 10 - 15 hours per week (additional hours available dependant upon locations). Available to start no later than May 1, 2024
