Responsibilities

As a Manager in our Professional Standards group, you would be responsible for:

• Implementing the firm’s System of Quality Management
• Leading in various initiatives for process improvements to promote quality and continuous improvement
• Researching and analyzing complex accounting and assurance issues
• Developing and presenting staff professional development
• Conducting quality reviews
• Monitoring accounting and assurance standards, as well as standards regarding professional conduct and quality management

Skills and Experience

• CPA designation required
• 2 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Assurance
• A curious mindset
• A focus on quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to understand CPA Handbook principles and suggest practical solutions
• Able to research complex topics with an enthusiasm for tackling issues
• Open-minded, decisive, pragmatic
• Excellent analytical skills
• Self-starter that can work autonomously, but also knows when to escalate issues

Salary : $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
