Our Warehouse Material Handler / Drivers provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and quality deliveries of automotive glass and accessories utilizing our modern fleet of company vehicles. As part of our Vanfax team, you are key to maintaining our seamless day-to-day operations and fostering amazing customer relationships. At Belron Canada we believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment where all team members are valued and compensated fairly for their contributions. - What will you do? _ - Processing Orders by Cleaning and Inspecting, Loading Delivery Vans and ensuring that our quality is always exceptional. - Delivering and unloading the product into the customer’s service centers, making world class deliveries. - Going above and beyond for our customers and for the Vanfax team. - Working with your Vanfax teammates to ensure that our warehouses are kept clean, organized, and safe. - Other warehouse duties could include tasks such as shipping, receiving, cycle counting, cleaning and other duties as assigned. - What will you need? _ - Experience with driving, parts delivery, or warehousing would be an asset. - No formal education is required - We love to develop, and train engaged people! - Able to lift up to 50lbs. - You hold a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice, or G2 are not considered full driver’s license). - What’s in it for you? _ - We are unique and passionate individuals that create a space where people belong. - Attractive compensation and annual reviews that will help you to stand out. - Work-Life balance free of unpredictable schedules Monday to Friday 40 hrs. per week. - Drive our modern fleet of vehicles. - Receive a full uniform package, safety footwear and prescription safety glasses. - Our comprehensive benefits package starts on your first day of employment for permanent employees (e.g., group benefits plan) and after 3 months for the pension plan. - Our organization keeps growing and expanding, constantly opening the way for opportunities for advancement, on-the-job training, and skill upgrading.
