Your future starts here Reporting to the National Learning & Development Manager, the Leadership Development Specialist will oversee the creation, development, delivery, and improvement of BioScript Solutions Leadership development strategy, which includes learning journeys, solutions, tools, and assessments.Through related development programs and projects, you will help individuals and teams enhance their leadership skills to align with BioScript’s goals, organizational culture, and values.As the Leadership Development Specialist, you will work with internal and external stakeholders, People and Engagement partners and Organizational Leaders to ensure high-quality execution of strategies and solutions to build a strong and diverse leadership pipeline.If you are passionate about people leadership and have demonstrated this in your experience with leading teams, we’d love to hear from you!How you will make an impactChampion BioScript’s Values and develop, lead, and grow our Leadership Development strategy by offering programs tailored to specific leadership needs, whether they are emerging, new, existing, or experienced leaders.Perform a comprehensive analysis of the company's learning requirements through consultations with leaders and HR, data examination, and research.Manage relationships with third-party vendors/suppliers as required to source and deliver on the leadership development services roadmap.Stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in talent management and maintain a community of practice across industries that is relevant to talent management and leadership development and provide thought- leadership in this area internally.Measure the effectiveness and financial impact of Leadership Development programs by monitoring learning metrics and leveraging data to advocate for further investments.Produce reports and presentations to showcase progress, identify barriers and gain buy-in and sponsorship from senior leaders for future solutions.Execute assigned projects with proficient project management skills, managing stakeholder relations, logistics, budget, and administrative tasks. Utilizes expert facilitation skills in conducting leadership and professional development programs for mid to senior levels across the organization.Investigate emerging trends and practices within the learning industry and advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the organization. What you’ll bring to our teamA minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development; designing, developing, and executing learner-centric/strategic solutions to address knowledge, and/or skill gaps;Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or related field;A minimum of 3 years Leading PeopleDemonstrated success in taking timely and effective action and following through on commitments to deliver sustainable results;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills which encourages open and respectful exchange of ideas and opinions to accomplish objectives;Problem solving skills and ability to lead and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment;Strong understanding of Microsoft O365 suite;Strong judgment skills to make recommendations, identify needs; and resolve issues;Must possess strong facilitation and presentation skills;Experience designing training content for a wide-ranging group across all areas of a business;Bilingualism in French & English is an asset;Experience with Blooms Taxonomy, ADDIE, and Adult Learning PrinciplesA professional Human Resources designation would be considered an asset.With one tree planted for every new hire, why not start your new job on a green foot and help us lower our carbon footprint.Job Status: Full Time, PermanentJob Location: Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS or Oakville, ONApplication Deadline: September 20, 2024
