Description As the Global Distribution Requirements Planner for a designated portfolio franchise, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing a regular net requirements plan for finished goods across a specific sector of Galderma's business. Our aim is to elevate Galderma to a top quartile supply chain organization.Key Responsibilities Strategically plan finished goods net requirements factoring in available inventory, targeted FG inventory levels, customer’s demand, and production output. This involves forecasting inventory levels, determining optimal safety stock, identifying deviations from projected inventory targets, and overseeing markets replenishment monitoring and management.Analyze demand plan, inventory levels, distribution network and lead-times to develop optimal distribution plans that balance customer service levels with inventory costs.Support weekly Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings by providing related business risks and supporting actions needed to deliver on business needs.Develop and continuously enhance DRP processes to support the timely and accurate delivery of products to markets.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Global and market’s Supply Chain, business teams, and site’s manufacturing to align distribution plans with business objectives.Monitor inventory levels and service level metrics (DIFC, OTIF, Inventory turns, E2E OLT, SLOB), identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with internal site’s distribution / logistics team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.Utilize advanced planning tools and systems to support data-driven decision-making and optimize distribution planning processes.Act as change leader to establish the Galderma DRP function as key link between markets supply chain and site production planning teams.Skills & Qualifications BS/MS in operations, engineering, supply chain management, continuous improvement, or other advanced analytical fields, advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain planning management (pharmaceutical, OTC, life sciences, FMCG), proven experience in planning products supply, managing inventory coverages and changing demand signals.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of ERP System and planning processes, Anaplan / Oracle / Infor M3 preferred.Ability and high comfort level with presenting across all levels of an organization.Solid understanding of Excel including experience with Power Query and Power Pivot, modeling with large, disparate datasets and visualization techniques.Model building expertise to answer “what if” scenarios. Visualization software experience (PowerBI prefered).APICS Certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) as well as programming language skills a bonus. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple competing prioritiesBilingual – English and French (Main communication in English)What we offer in returnFull group insurance from day one (medical, dental, disability, travel, etc.); 85% employer-paid premiumOne of the best pension plans in Canada (10% employer contribution)Profit-sharing program up to 6% of salaryExcellent working environment in an inspiring atmosphereMultiple opportunities for advancementWork environment in which safety is an absolute priorityNext Steps If your profile is a match, we will invite you for a first virtual conversation with the recruiter.Our people make a differenceAt Galderma, you’ll work with people who are like you.
