Duties include assisting with all packaging operations (prep/bottling/kegging/canning), cleaning and maintenance of packaging equipment, stocking and organizing of fridges and cold storage, keg cleaning, occasional prep work of brewing ingredients.
Experience working in Packaging an asset. Must be willing to learn all aspects of packaging, including, but not limited to beer quality, appropriate sanitation, carbonation, inhibition of Oxidation, have knowledge of clean-in-place (CIP) processes. Forklift experience is an asset. Some work on weekends may be required.
