Social Media Assistant

Responsibilities : Tik Tok & Instagram Reels

• Create a lot of content for social media channels, mostly Tiktok and Instagram Reels (must know how to edit and do the edits and transitions in these social media apps)
• Bring ideas for new verticals of content
• Create content using Inshot, video leap, CapCut or have basic knowledge about video apps.
• Research on tiktok trends(music, transition etc) and implementing them on our tiktok page.
• Create posts using Later Scheduling App. Must have be knowledgeable with witty captions and hashtags.
• Research Instagram Story Ideas and be able to create it
• Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with Canadian fashion influencers and models.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies to bring traffic to the website and increase sales
• Brainstorm new creative approaches to influencer campaigns
• Ability to make good judgments regarding brand fit and engagement

Requirements :

• Experience in creating Tiktok/ IG Reels content (must know basic editing and transitions)
• Ability to deliver creative content ideas
• Must be energetic and must think out of the box.
• Strong understanding of social media (optimize content for each platform - Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok as well as how to market the brand with each platform’s unique features).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (words, excel)
• Post-secondary degree preferred in Business (Marketing emphasis), Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and/or communications;
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong comfort level using social media to connect with others and build relationships
• High energy, positive, organized and excited about dresses and fashion overall
• Previous experience in writing blogs and social media posts will be considered an asset
• Previous experience with videography (and editing) will be an asset
