Sales Representative Responsibilities :

  • Conduct persuasive product or service presentations directly to customers, showcasing value and benefits
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing customers, expanding the customer base and ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Monitor and track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and the organization
  • Draft and negotiate sales contracts, oversee both new and existing accounts, and maintain the confidentiality of personal information
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and leadership skills

Sales Representative Qualifications :

  • Proven work experience as a Sales, Junior Account Manager, Account Representative, Client Relations, Customer Service or related role
  • Familiarity with the latest sales trends and developments
  • A team player as well as able to work independently
  • Great time and project management skills
  • A highly motivated and driven individual
  • Ability to travel locally to meet with prospective customers

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
