Sales Supervisor

Job Duties:

  1. Recruit, supervise, train, coordinate and assign sales performance requirements to sales staff.

  2. Monitor and report on sales department performance, while also proposing improvement marketing strategies.

  3. Helping sales staff resolve customer service problems such as refund, complaints and other requests.

  4. Managing diverse inventory, including ensuring product freshness, expiration date management, and balancing stock levels to control costs while meeting customer demands.

  5. Maintain the store's visual standards and appearance, including opening and closing the store with attention to displays, signage, and cleanliness.

Employment Requirement: a. Relevant study experience is preferred.

b. At least 5-year sales related work experience is required.

c. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

d. Client focus problem-solving attitude

Salary : $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Education :

  • Master's Degree (preferred)

Experience :

  • Sales: 4 years (preferred)
  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
