We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with Internal and External clients (Staff, Operators and Clients) while respecting and maintaining the game standards provided by Pragmatic Play. The role requires continued collaboration with various departments across the organisation to ensure complete functionality of the Live Studios.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Closely monitor daily activities at the live studios to identify and resolve any deviations from the company standards
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of both planned and unplanned maintenance of the Live Studios
  • Actively contribute to the company’s development by suggesting measures to enhance the overall client experience
  • Prepare and submit daily and/or periodical reports to the Senior Leadership team, providing updates on employees’ performance and the functionality of games
  • Assist with the investigation of fraud or suspicion of fraud from the players and/or employees
  • Compliance with legislative measures and working procedures
  • Remain up to date with all procedures, rules, promotions, and games strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across teams such as IT, Audio Visual, Studio Maintenance, Customer Support etc. to ensure smooth functioning of the live studios

Qualifications :

  • Flexibility to work across shifts in a 24/7 work environment
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example, mentor, coach, performance manage and act as a positive role model for Team members, while remaining approachable, objective, and resourceful.
  • Experience in working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the online gaming industry would be an asset
  • Demonstrated sound-decision making ability, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where time is of the essence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable with technology and have basic computer skills
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive information
