Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
  • Assist with administrative tasks including customer p[paperwork and contracts
  • Accounts receivable management
  • Utilize computerized systems for organizing and updating files
  • Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to all visitors and callers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.77-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
