Job Overview We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Administrator to join our team. The Order Administrator will be responsible for processing and managing orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders promptly
  • Maintain organized order documentation for reference
  • Assist in data collection and analysis for order trends
  • Utilize Excel and other office computerized systems for order processing

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Proficiency in data entry and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to type efficiently
  • Familiarity with Excel for data management
  • Excellent communication skills for customer interactions

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay

Education :

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience :

  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
