Ma-Ro Catering, a leading boutique catering company, is seeking a part-time/ full-time Catering Sales & Administrative Support Coordinator.

This role is key to driving our corporate sales and supporting seamless event operations.

Key Responsibilities: Catering Sales & Client Management: Lead Corporate Sales: Drive sales efforts by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Solve Problems Proactively: Anticipate challenges and resolve them quickly to exceed client expectations.

Administrative & Event Support: Support Event Operations: Assist with event logistics, calendar management, and event documentation to ensure flawless execution.

Manage Orders & Invoices: Process orders, manage invoices, and handle financial transactions with precision.

Maintain Office Efficiency: Keep the office well-organized to support team productivity.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: 1-4 years in catering, hospitality, or event services.

Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Education: A diploma or degree in catering, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with occasional evening availability)
  • Full-Time/Part-Time positions available

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
