Who We Are

Graydon Hall Manor is a boutique event venue, established to produce sophisticated receptions with an uncompromising attention to detail. Available only for special events, Graydon Hall Manor is open for corporate meetings and events, wedding receptions, and other social events for both lunch and dinner service for 50-200 guests.

  • Take ownership and respond quickly and proactively to clients, guests, and employee's concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Manage and lead wait staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Responsible for all food service and venue operations on the day of the event.
  • Ensure that all paperwork relating to the event is completed and submitted to the Event Manager.
  • Elevate the brand's service culture at every opportunity.
  • Cultivate a strong relationship with BOH and the sales team.
  • Assists Management as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in a Banquet Hall setting (1 year of supervisory or managerial experience)
  • 1 year experience in Fine Dining (preferred)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written & oral
  • Smart Serve certified
  • Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift and carry 40+ lbs

Salary

Salary is open and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Types : Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
