Service Advisor

Nella Toronto is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Advisor to join the Parts and Service Department.

• As the Service Advisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of Service related to parts with the support of the Service Manager, Service Administrator and office team. Make sure that all aspects of the service department are running as effectively and efficiently as possible. Ensuring a smooth process that meets the needs of Nella Cutlery (Toronto) customers and clients to create the highest level of efficiency and communication possible with a strong focus on continuous improvement. _

Responsibilities :

• Organizing team of technicians and keeping them on schedule.
• Building and maintaining relationships with our clients and keeping them satisfied with our service.
• Providing service quotes, timelines and pricing via phone, front counter, sales etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and finding solutions to equipment issues.
• Representing Nella Toronto with a positive and professional attitude prioritizing customer service.
• Filing - maintain customer's files and records
• Provide technical training/information to our service department.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• 2 years+ of customer service experience
• Technical knowledge in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance and repair.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) with the ability to learn new ERP systems quickly
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment with precise attention to detail
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills

Salary : $17.00-$20.00 per hour
