As a key sales player you will communicate with our customers, set up appointments, and ensure they know all about our great services. You’ll get a chance to flex your sales skills and show off your positive can-do attitude. For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office up to 50% of the time for training, coaching and team events.

A Day in the Life:

  • Provide our customers with excellent customer service during sales and customer service calls
  • Up-sell customers on additional services and handle sales objections
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate appropriately
  • Use strong communication skills to display a service focused “how can I help” attitude with both customers and franchise partners
  • learn new systems and processes, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Make "warm" outbound customer calls to re-engage customers in peak seasons
  • Work in a coaching environment and an openness to constantly grow and improve
  • Be a team player with a desire to learn from and support peers

What You Bring to the Table:

  • An availability to work Monday-Friday 8:30am - 8:00pm EST, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 - 6:00 pm EST (you'll get a schedule in advance so you can plan your life)
  • Strong customer service experience, customer service de-escalation, ability to present multiple options in a consultative fashion.
  • An eagerness and willingness to learn and grow with us
  • Able to commute to our office in North York 50% of the time
  • Our office is always open to you but if you want to work from home you'll require a quiet space and wifi of 75 MBs+
  • Experience with Google Suite is an asset
