Job Title: Personnel Administrator Location: Al Khafji, Saudi ArabiaCompany: Saudi Aramco's SubsidiaryJob Purpose:Providing administrative support to the HR unit, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of personnel records, and assisting in HR-related tasks.Highest level of confidentiality and access to information which unauthorized disclosure could be expected to have a severe or catastrophic adverse effect on organizational operations, organizational assets, or individuals.Key Accountabilities:Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all employees.Ensures the confidentiality and security of personnel files and information.Assists in data entry and documentation related to employee onboarding, changes, and separations.Prepares and updates HR-related documents, including employment contracts and offer letters.Assists in ensuring HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.Supports audits and compliance reporting as needed.Assists in the onboarding process, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and orientation materials.Coordinates logistics for new employee orientations.Maintains records of employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests.Assists in the administration of leave policies and processes.Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Recruitment.Minimum Requirements: 1-3 years related experience covering HR administration in oil & gas sector organization.Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
