We are looking to hire a Chief Technology Officer/Developer who will be responsible to manage and organize our entire information technology department for Kosovo but will be working from our Head Office in Toronto.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Helps enhance products and services by upgrading technologies and developing policies and procedures
  • Overseeing the research, development, and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.
  • Handling all internal IT operations.
  • Making sure that the hardware and software are secure, helpful, and support us effectively.
  • Leading technology teams for a variety of goals.
  • Planning and implementing infrastructure.
  • Working with the CIO to enact a digital transformation.
  • Allocating resources and overseeing funding for technology investments.
  • Guiding strategic business decisions from a technological standpoint.
  • Monitoring technology management and conducting reviews or audits.
  • Overseeing technology compliance requirements.
  • Engaging in thought leadership.
  • Brainstorming customer-focused technology solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, cybersecurity, computer science or another tech-related program with 8-15 years of work experience in the field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Multitasking skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage large budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of the latest technological advances that could benefit the company.
  • Knowledge of all functions and roles within the IT department.

Compensation :

  • $90,000-$100,000 base salary based on experience + end-of-year employee retention bonus.
