Position Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Driver to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operations of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of tires. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering tires to our clients across various locations safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload tires from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
  • Store tires in specific locations based on the storage system within the warehouse.
  • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse by ensuring equipment and supplies are properly stored.
  • Drive company vehicle (box truck) to deliver tires to clients in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking, reporting, and auditing inventory levels.
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and maintain professional client relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting and as a delivery driver preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
  • Capable of manual labor and lifting heavy items, up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a good understanding of using GPS and route navigation tools.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Salary : $18.00-$24.00 per hour
