Schedule :5 days a week fromMonday - Sunday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM, 11:00AM - 7:00PM, or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (with flexibility of evenings and weekends)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.

The Inside Sales Representative/Appointment Setter is responsible for generating leads and securing appointments for the sales team. This role involves making outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team to close deals. The position requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with prospective customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Accurately update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure successful appointment setting.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on customer responses and objections.
  • Assist in developing scripts and sales pitches for effective communication.

Experience :

  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment-setting best practices.
  • Previous experience in an inside sales role is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
