If you are experienced at managing and estimating construction projects , love this work, and are eager to contribute to group success in this world of work, then this is a terrific opportunity for you and you must read on...

Since 2010, our organization has provided exceptional quality, service, and safety to all, in many fields including utilities, infrastructure, civil works, environmental and landscape construction. We are WSIBs 2019 Gold-level winner of the Small Business Health and Safety Leadership Award and a holder of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) for corporate health and safety.

Our values are our foundation: Project Manager As a Project Manager, you are the expert and leader of the project team, the plan, and ultimately the success of the project. You report to the Vice President of Operations. Reporting to you are the site supervisors and their crews, and the project administrators. You also work with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Project Managers manage budgets, forecast work, coordinate people, equipment, and materials, lead through strategy and goals, manage expectations, drive performance, make varying site and office commitments, trouble-shoot issues, capture opportunities, manage and estimate change, and much more. As a Project Manager you must be eligible to work in Canada, have a valid driver's license, and be experienced in our lines of work. We are open to different levels of experience, but the experience must be there, and we will assign projects that best suit your level of expertise and allow you to develop.

Approximately 25% of your time will be devoted to estimating. This makes our Project Managers important to our work acquisition strategies, gives them a leg up in understanding how to see through projects to successful completion, and provides variety.

There are many different relationships and tasks to manage from day to day, so we need someone with the right attitude and a broad skill set.

Working With Us We complete projects primarily in the Golden Horseshoe with a higher concentration in the GTA, and our head office is located in Stouffville, Ontario.

We’re a service-oriented company that takes pride in building lasting, collaborative connections with all stakeholders. Getting it done isn’t good enough; we want to work together to find quality approaches and solutions to all the challenges of this industry.

We take health and safety very seriously and we expect all our employees to prioritize a safe work environment. We provide additional training to make sure everyone stays safe. We work hard to maintain our COR designation.

We focus on people and process, and we seek out challenging, multi-disciplinary projects. This is where we find success. Success means a win for all people involved in the project and winning is what we do. We’re not afraid to celebrate our success: we have a great team, and we like to reward them with parties, bonuses, and fun events (like golf tournaments!) for all their hard work.
