Job Summary : Duties & Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures and support systems.
- Ability to manage/supervise/train a crew of apprentice plumbers and journeymen.
- Attend site visits as required to provide knowledge for the purpose of estimating.
- Read and interpret drawins and specifications to properly service and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies/procedures.
- Creates a positive relationship with workers, customers, engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure the scope of the work is completed as per the quote, drawings, specifications, and budget.
- Excellent customer service skills & ability to be a team player/promote teamwork in the team.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications :
- Licensed 306A Plumber with 10 years of service experience and 5 years of plumbing project experience.
- Licensed Ontario Water Works Cross Connection Control Specialist.
- Valid “full G” Ontario Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of the ON Plumbing Code.
- C.I. and Hi-Rise Multi Residential service experience.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for working with tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
