Hanson College offers a "Hanson College Emerging Leaders Program" to university graduates, designed to prepare you for your professional life. You will start learning our business from day one while based out of our Ontario campuses (North York, Brampton) or the head office.

We are looking for dedicated employee-partners to join our team and grow with our company. As a Trainee, you will potentially work in different departments such as :

  • Learner Success (academic) :

  • Learner Engagement :

  • Learner Experience (student services) :

  • and the Marketing Department.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to succeed in your chosen field.

Duties and Responsibilities (Non-Complete) :

  • Organizing and promoting students events both on and off campus;
  • Utilizing media and communication channels to create, update, and distribute electronic and printed communications and promotional material;
  • Assisting with student orientation sessions and conducting presentations to new and returning students;
  • Preparing and distributing academic resources for faculty members according to the course requirements;
  • Assisting with the formal examination process, such as creating and distributing examination schedules, logistics support, and taking attendance;
  • Facilitating and managing the student satisfaction feedback system;
  • Maintaining order, reminding students of rules and regulations; resolving conflicts and reporting conflicts appropriately;
  • Accommodating students' educational, physical, social, and special needs wherever possible;
  • Performing general administrative duties upon request

Education and Qualifications :

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Online meeting platforms (MS Teams & Zoom).
  • Strong social media promotion and e-marketing skills are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Must be authorized to work full time in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
