RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Media Ads - Social Media/Google

  • Create and launch new paid media campaigns on Facebook/Instagram/Google
  • Be ‘point person’ on social media & digital advertising campaigns for internal team and clients.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaigns to performance goals.
  • Conduct analysis that results in actionable insights & data-driven decision making.
  • Manage monthly Ad budgets across campaigns and provide recommendations.
  • Identify, communicate, and act on opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Collaborate across teams to test and optimize targeting, creative assets, and messaging to improve ROI
  • Web Design and Branding with Google Ads and SEO Optimization.
  • Research target audience, competitive analysis, qualitative website profiling, search engine & keyword analysis
  • Develop engaging social media ad content.
  • Accurately track and maintain budgets across campaigns and on multiple search engines.

Analytics and Reporting :

  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance and measure against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Analyze social media campaign results and provide updates, reporting, recommendations, and actionable insights.
  • Ability to incorporate Google services for tracking, reporting and reporting results.
  • Ability to incorporate Google Analytics and Facebook Data into data driven decision making.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data/KPIs and evaluate paid media performance.

Responsibilities Web development

  • Responsible for the architecture design and development of frontend presentation layer and frontend-backend interaction, collaborating with product designer improvement and optimize the product.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, with direct hands-on experience running Digital Ads. Ie, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads. (Agency experience is an asset but not required.)
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role, social media marketing or similar with a focus on paid advertising. (Agency experience is an asset but not required.)
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization best practices and latest trends
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Proven understanding of social media advertising, digital analytics, digital data, and proficiency in reporting.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
  • Success in managing social media advertising campaigns and explaining results.
  • Analytical, creative, organized, collaborative and a strong communicator.
  • Accountable for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends
  • JavaScript/ES6+: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, especially ES6 and newer features, as Vue.js is built on JavaScript.
  • HTML/CSS: Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for structuring and styling Vue components.
  • Vue Router: Experience with Vue Router for building and managing the navigation of Single Page Applications (SPAs).
  • Component Architecture: Ability to design and implement modular and reusable Vue components, understanding the principles of component-based architecture.
  • API Integration: Experience in integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations, possibly using tools like Axios.
  • Responsive Design: Ability to create responsive user interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
